One of my favorite TV shows is My Name is Earl. I think these two boneheads are both hilarious and endearing. I also think the show currently has some of TV's best characters.

I keep trying to make some time to sit down and watch this show because everyone thats seen it seems to like it...At any rate I really like how you did this nice work :)

Great lighting, and I love how you drew them reacting to the light, especially the guy on the right (Earl? Sorry, I don't watch the show. ^^; ) The lighting is obviously very bright, and seeing his face, his eyes squinting and his whole face contorted in that squint, trying to fight through the brightness...It looks really good.

The other guy's face looks good, too. You got the kinda "duh..." blank look in his eyes down, and his whole face is appropriately relaxed and droopy to go along with that.

The details here are great, like their stubble and all of the strands of hair sticking up to show how messy it is. It also helps add to the realism. The shading on their faces is even more complex and makes them look more real. But then the softer, muted colors and the softer texture all throughout are cool because they create a neat painted look, making it seem less like a simple photo captured of the, but of a painting that was able to freeze and capture a moment in time.
