I saw the trailer for the new Super Smash Bros. Brawl not too long ago, and while it got me feverishly excited for the game and Nintendo's new system, it also made me realize... Samus Aran is awesome! It inspired me to draw a picture of her in her Zero suit. Well, she's partially in her trademark pirate-slaying armor, too. I suppose she just snagged a power-up of some kind.
Between Samus and Link, I'll likely be buying Nintendo products for a long time. It helps that Mario games still offer the best platforming adventure available. Does that make me a fanboy? Is there something wrong with loving Metroid and Zelda, and the only platform on which you can play them is Nintendo? The prospect of Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros on the Nintendo Wii with a reasonable pricetag means Nintendo's latest machine is a guaranteed future purchase.

And don't worry about that "fanboy" stuff. Some dweebs act like anyone who prefers the GameCube over PS2 is automatically "Nintendo fanboy." I don't care anymore if people call me that. I personally just always prefered the games Nintendo always had over all of the other consoles.
